The moment someone books, they get a confirmation via text or email. Includes date, time, party size, and a link to manage their reservation.

Set reminders to go out 24 hours before, or whatever timing works for you. Helps reduce no-shows and lets guests adjust if plans change.

Post-Service Surveys

After guests finish their meal, automatically send a survey. Get feedback while the experience is fresh. If they're happy (4 or 5 stars), they're prompted to leave a Google review.

How It Works

Guest Books a Table

Someone books through your reservation system with their name, phone, and email.

Confirmation Sent

Immediately after booking, they get a confirmation with all details and a link to manage their reservation.

Reminder Scheduled

Based on your settings, a reminder is scheduled. Could be 24 hours before, 48 hours, or whatever you prefer.

Reminder Goes Out

At the scheduled time, the reminder sends automatically. Guests can confirm or cancel if plans changed.

Getting Started

Go to your Spectra dashboard settings. You'll find options for reminders, confirmations, and surveys. Customize your message templates, set your timing preferences, and you're done. The system handles the rest.
